Modric Negotiable 20 Million Pounds, That's Crazy!

Modric - Luka Modric had apparently offered 20 million pounds. Vice President of Dinamo Zagreb Adravko Mamic bold claim, the price is just enough to buy beans.

Yes, apparently Manchester United are not the only club who target Modric signature. Croatian international midfielder became the main target of a number of clubs in the transfer market this summer.

Adravko reveal, there is a club which made a bid for Modric at Spurs, with a dowry of 20 million pounds. According Adravko, which is none other than father adviser Modric, the value is very improper.

"I heard that someone offered 20 million pounds (approximately Rp280 billion) to wound, but that's crazy!" snapped Adravko, quoted from Football365, Wednesday (06/08/2011).

"When we talk about Modric, the price is just enough to buy beans," he said.

However, Adravko believe that United is able to bid high to land Modric at Old Trafford. According to him, Sir Alex Ferguson's squad are willing to break the record for the purchase of Dimitar Berbatov, amounting to 30.75 million pounds.
