Jakarta - powerful car manufacturers, Land Rover is ready to welcome a new era. British car manufacturer is ready to launch a hybrid version of their powerful car Range Rover.
Global Brand Director, Land Rover, John Edwards explained that this brand will crawl a new strategy which they call by embracing top-down cars that have a large volume but with greater efficiency.
In the Range Rover hybrid later, Land Rover will provide gasoline and diesel engines will be combined with an electric motor in 2013. In 2014 the various models range-extender hybrid which is likely to use a conventional engine as a generator as found in the Chevrolet Volt.
Edwards said it has not completed a proposal for a hybrid car, but admitted that the greatest likelihood Range Rover will be born by combining an electric motor with a V6 gasoline engine to provide typical performance V8 but with a typical V6 fuel efficiency.
