MADRID -leader of the Al Qaeda terror network of Osama bin Laden was already more than a month were killed, but the Secretary of Homeland Security United States (u.s.) Janet Napolitano explained the terror not over until today.

Napolitano did assess the important strategy to fight terrorism. He looked at the importance that the US needs a strong faced anti-terror strategy
