DHAKA - at least 75 people were missing when a boat full of trawler overturned passengers in the Buriganga River near the capital of Bangladesh, Dhaka, Friday (7/30/2011) a night.
Police and local residents quoted by the private UNB News Agency, said a cargo ship transporting sand collided with a small filled to about 100 passengers of trawl fishing vessels. The trawler was cancelled and 75 passengers were missing.
About 20 passengers on board the trawler had managed to swim to the shores of the River.
