GAZA -Penal Affairs reported in Gaza, a Palestinian prisoner was tortured by a warden after Israel refused to put off all his clothes.
Nael Al-Barghouthi was arrested in 1978 and then in a prison near Beersheba, Ramon Israel.
An ordered jailers to keep stripping his clothes to Nael searched.
Due to the decline, Nael thrown into a cell for two days and maltreated. So as reported in Ma'an, Friday (30/6/2011).
