1. Asean connectivity. This connectivity must be realized, through a master plan and should be followed up. Included also build connectivity in their respective countries through infrastructure development, transport and people to people contact.
 
2. Food security and energy. Asean leaders realize there is turmoil on the world in terms of energy and food prices. The last six months there is a systematic increase. As food prices continue past the high. This directly or indirectly increase the number of poor people.
For that the leaders decided to cooperation in food. Asean must enhance and develop the agricultural food reserves, including research and development. While in the energy sector, Asean was asked to further develop renewable energy.

3.
