The military fell five dead Heli

BANGKOK - Five soldiers were killed when their helicopter crashed due to bad weather conditions in the troops mission brought in a jungle zone distance in the Centre of the Thailand, is supposed to be a senior officer, Sunday (5/7/2011).

"Heavy rains and poor visibility hampered rescue efforts, said lieutenant-general Udomdej Sitabutr, Commander of the area of its work, including the Park National of Kaeng Krachan in Phetchaburi province, the scene of the accident."

"Forces of rescue in the Park to confirm all the passengers were killed," said Udomdej.

A helicopter sent to pick up about 35 soldiers patrolling the Park in action to combat illegal logging, but crashed near the location of the pickup truck.

The military will consider sending rescue teams on foot if the weather remains bad, but should take two days to go to the location of the crash.
