LEBANON - A man from Ohio, United States (U.S.) surprised to come home when he found his wife pinned at the window in the basement.
David Kline found the body of his wife Esther (44), with no pulse and immediately contact hospital officials to ask for help.
Officers suspected Esther trapped outside the house because he had previously sent an SMS to her husband about the spare key does not exist.
