LONDON - Former Foreign Minister of Libya Kussa Mussa said the country could become like Somalia, where civil war broke out. He was also urged that all parties refrain.
"I ask all parties involved to avoid the possibility of Libya plunged into civil war," said Mussa Kussa as quoted by AFP on Tuesday (04/12/2011).
In the event of civil war, he can cause more casualties for the citizens of Libya. "This country can become new Somalia,"said the man who now lives in England.
"Unity Libya is very important than any resolution or conflict resolution for Libya," according to former foreign minister who defected this.
For Kussa solution to Libya should come from the people of Libya itself. "Solving this problem can be done through democratic dialogue," according Kussa.
Kussa rate, the country now is at its nadir. Even so, he would not turn a blind eye to what happened in Libya.
"My country is facing a bad time, now is the worst. When the Libyans began to lose the security and stability, I decided to resign. I do not have contact with the Government of Libya," said Kussa.
