Opposition Seize two Oil City Centre

RAS LANOUF - Libyan opposition parties managed to win two oil-producing city and continue to urge the western region. Opposition forces also reportedly continued to to move towards Tripoli .

Air attack by international forces, seems to be hitting the Libyan military balance loyal to Moammar Gaddafi. So reported the Associated Press on Monday (3/28/2011).

Opposition forces recaptured the oil-producing town of Ras Lanouf on Sunday, March 27, after successfully seize Brega in Libya's eastern coast.

Race Lanouf and Brega are two cities that produce 1.5 million barrels of oil per day. Both cities also became the center of Libyan oil exports. But since the crisis last February 15, exports halted.

While the air raid carried out at Ras Lanouf coalition parties about three empty tanks. The attack also left two buildings in the city is filled with shells.
