TOKYO - People in the vicinity of nuclear power plants that were evacuated because radiation threat to ignore the threat of radiation on health and return to their homes.
While some other people have never left their homes, refusing to evacuate from the zone of 20 kilometers around Daiichi when NPP began spewing dangerous radioactive material.
