On Friday, March 25, delegates from 28 NATO members agreed to implement the no-fly zone in Libya. NATO hopes before next Monday, March 29 to begin the implementation of these decisionsand work together with naval patrols in the Mediterranean to conduct an arms embargo on Gaddafi's troops.
 
Further approval of the implementation of the NATO no-fly zone is expected to be available on Sunday, March 27 tomorrow. Afterthat, NATO will take over responsibility for the attack on Gaddafi'smilitary to protect civilians.
 
NATO officials who declined to be named, said the agency hopesto carry out both operations simultaneously in a few days. This is to avoid the existence of two of NATO's command to fly zonesand the U.S.to air attack .
